1. Eligibility & Timeframes
At Easy Shipping Container LLC, we stand behind the durability and structural integrity of our units. Due to the high-cost logistics and industrial nature of our inventory, our refund and return process is governed by the following guidelines to ensure clarity for our nationwide customers.
Critical Policy Notes
Non-Refundable Items:
- Custom-modified containers
- Specially engineered chassis
- Delivered units located in sites without proper logistics access for retrieval
- Units modified post-delivery
Questions regarding a specific unit or high-volume enterprise return? Please contact our support directly.
- Standard Units: Eligible for return requests within 14 calendar days of delivery or local pickup.
- Condition: Units must be in the exact condition as delivered, without any additional modifications, damage, or use beyond initial inspection.
- Documentation: Proof of purchase and detailed photographs of the unit’s current state are required for all requests.
2. Inspection Process
Upon receiving a request, our logistics team will conduct a remote assessment followed by a physical inspection at the pickup site. If the unit was shipped via our nationwide network, the customer is responsible for facilitating access for the return carrier and ensuring the unit is empty and accessible.
3. Refund Issuance
Once an inspection is passed and the unit is returned to our Florida facility or designated depot, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus original shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee for standard returns.
