How is the shipping container delivered to my site?

Easy Shipping containers LLC typically delivers containers using specialized trucks. Depending on your space and offloading requirements, we use either a Tilt-Trays/Side-Loaders (which drop the container parallel to the truck) or a Flatbed/Crane Truck (Hiab) if the container needs to be lifted over fences, walls, or precisely positioned.

How much clearance space is required for the delivery truck?

Delivery trucks require significant space. For a standard 20ft container, the truck needs at least 15m of straight-line clearance, and for a 40ft container, up to 30m is required, with a minimum overhead clearance of 4.8m to avoid low-hanging branches or power lines.

How long does it take to deliver after i place an order?

Delivery takes 2-5 business days.

Standard shipping containers are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if they do not meet the specified grade. Products must remain in original delivery condition. To request a return, contact our support team for an inspection. Non-refundable items include custom-modified units or chassis that have been put into service. Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method after the unit is retrieved and inspected at our Florida facility or designated hub.

Customers must ensure site access: ground must be level and capable of supporting a heavy truck and container. Shipping fees are calculated based on mileage.
