Site Access and Safety Requirements: Delivery is contingent upon the buyer providing a suitable environment. The delivery site must feature: • Solid, level terrain (concrete, asphalt, or compacted gravel) to support high-tonnage equipment. • Expansive clearance for semi-truck maneuvering, turning, and tilt-bed unloading. • Legal and unobstructed access from state-maintained roads. 6. Access Restrictions and Delivery Failure: Final placement is at the sole discretion of the carrier. If a site is deemed inaccessible or hazardous, the unit will be dropped at the nearest safe point. Any additional costs arising from redirected deliveries, specialized equipment needs, or site delays are the responsibility of the buyer. 7. Freight Inspection and Acceptance: An authorized agent must be present to inspect the asset. All claims regarding condition or discrepancies must be documented precisely on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before the carrier departs.
