How is the shipping container delivered to my site?

Easy Shipping container LLC (ESC) typically delivers containers using specialized trucks. Depending on your space and offloading requirements, we use either a Tilt-Trays/Side-Loaders (which drop the container parallel to the truck) or a Flatbed/Crane Truck (Hiab) if the container needs to be lifted over fences, walls, or precisely positioned.

How much clearance space is required for the delivery truck?

Accepted Answer

Delivery trucks require significant space. For a standard 20ft container, the truck needs at least 15m of straight-line clearance, and for a 40ft container, up to 30m is required, with a minimum overhead clearance of 4.8m to avoid low-hanging branches or power lines.

How long does it take to deliver after i place an order?

Handling and logistics arrangements take 1-2 Business days and once its handled, Delivery takes 2-5 business days.

What are your payment terms for buying a container?

Accepted Answer

To secure and prepare your container (including any custom modifications or paint jobs), we require full payment before the container leaves our yard. A Flat delivery fees of $470.00 is required upon completing your purchase.

Are there any hidden costs I should be aware of?

No hidden fees. Your official quote will clearly break down the container cost VAT inclusive, and the itemized delivery/freight charges.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), Chime, direct bank deposits and Crypto Currency. For security reasons, delivery drivers do not accept cash or any form of settlements on-site.

What kind of guarantee or warranty comes with the container?

All our structural grades (A-Grade and Cargo Worthy) come with a standard 12-to-24 month structural warranty ensuring the unit remains entirely wind and watertight. If structural leaks or door hinge failures occur under normal use during this time, we will send a technician out to repair it.
