At ESC, all refund and return requests are subject to strict internal review to ensure compliance with our industrial quality standards. Returns are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis. 1. Conditional Return Eligibility: Clients may submit a formal request for a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To be considered for a return, units must remain in the exact condition documented at dispatch—completely unaltered and free from any new damage. Valid proof of purchase and a mandatory physical inspection by our technicians are required before any determination is made. 2. Mandatory Item Condition: Units must be presented in their original industrial state. For pre-owned inventory, condition is verified against sale-date records. Any structural modifications, signs of operational misuse, or damage sustained post-delivery will immediately disqualify the unit from refund consideration. 3. Restricted Non-Returnable Items: Specific inventory categories are strictly non-refundable. This includes all custom-modified units (units with custom paint, insulation, or electrical work), industrial-grade chassis, and any equipment designated as 'Final Sale'. 4. Responsibility for Logistics & Fees: The customer assumes full liability for all logistics, including professional transport and associated costs for any return. ESC only assumes transport costs in the event of a verified manufacturing defect or a clerical shipping error. Outbound delivery fees are non-refundable. 5. Processing & Verification: Should a return be approved after inspection, a refund will be processed minus any applicable restocking fees. Please allow 5–10 business days for financial processing. All decisions regarding unit condition and refund eligibility are final. 6. Reporting of Discrepancies: Any arrival defects must be reported within 48 hours with comprehensive photographic documentation. Failure to report within this window constitutes acceptance of the unit in its current condition.
